Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
Please notify us within 30 days from purchase if you would like to exchange, to receive a credit note or a full refund. We will need proof of purchase (purchase order number and date of purchase) to give you a refund.

Delivery in South Africa
We use the PostNet to PostNet as our basic delivery method. If you prefer a courier service for deliveries please contact us. For remote areas that are not serviced by our normal courier, we will deliver via the Post Office.
International Shipping/ Deliveries Abroad (by arrangement only)
Charges are based on a fixed cost per item and destination. All orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees. Please contact us for further details. Recipients of the goods are responsible for paying these fees. Presence of Africa is unable to provide estimates for customs fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Our products have a 30-day guarantee. Goods may be returned for a refund, but items must be returned in the same condition as when they were dispatched.
