There are uncountable ways to wear a headscarf, or headdress, in South Africa. The headscarf can be wound, folded and swirled in a multitude of ways. To add to the unique look of each headdress, any fabric can be used. Maasai Shuka fabric, traditionally used by the Maasai people, is a popular fabric for doeks but the imagination is the only limit on what fabric to use. We are adding to our selection of headscarves on a continuous basis so keep checking and send us your requests if you have something in mind.
